Regular Council Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (except January and August), normally at 7.30pm, in the Puncknowle & Swyre Village Hall in Puncknowle.

All residents of the three villages are encouraged to attend.

Before the formal meeting commences there is up to 15 minutes of Public Time, where electors and residents in the parish or adjoining parishes can comment on any items to be discussed on the agenda.

At the end of the meeting there is a further chance for electors and residents in the parish or adjoining parishes to raise any items of information, or propose issues for future Council meetings.

Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on the Parish Council website, and on the Parish Council Noticeboards in the three villages.
