These Allotments belong to the William Napper Charity which is managed by the Parish Council who act as Trustees for the Charity.
There are seventeen plots with a current annual rent of £20 full, £15 three quarter and £10 half and a joining fee of £30.00 (non-refundable) to be paid at the start of the tenancy for each new plot allocation whether an existing tenant or not. All of the above are subject to an annual increase if requested by the Trustees in line with the RPI. A plot is 250 square meters (125 square meters for a half plot). Tenants have their own Allotment Association. If you wish to enquire about renting a plot please contact the Parish Clerk who will forward your enquiry to the Allotments Association Secretary. Members must also belong to the National Allotment” Association.
